Step 1: Main Tank:

Water enters the system and flows down through a two-cubic foot mixed-bed of coconut-activated Carbon and Catalytic Carbon. This initial water treatment process improves water quality by reducing bad tastes, foul odors, chlorine/chloramines, organic substances, as well as many other chemicals through absorption.

Step 2: Inner Tank and Contact Chamber

During this process, water flows upward through the inner tank, where treatment for scale prevention is provided by using highly effective, anti-scale media. This unique material transforms Calcium ions into Calcium crystals, which are stable and cannot attach to pipes, surfaces, hardware, or heat exchanger components. The crystals are so small that they are easily rinsed away by the water flow!

Unlike traditional water softeners, this Scale Prevention system does not need to regenerate, so there is no need for salt or drainage. With no regeneration, there is no wasted water! There is also no need for electricity, which means there are no complicated electronic controls. The unit is also easy to install and set up, and there is minimal maintenance.
